but to answer your questions here. Ninja number is assigned once, IF you are accepted, and yes everyone always starts out as a student.

i do not know... i do know we have russian, malaysian, spanish, french, and polish amongst the admins... you could try sending a note to the group to find out if some of the other admins speak german
