Lee and Kisaki.. aka Lee's fantasy

I still haven't quite figured out my pairing for main OC in I have two potential love interests... Ouka and Lee.

I am partial towards Ouka, but I feel like Lee deserves her more. Mostly because Ouka doesn't really care either way. He's just not much of a lover (though I feel if he actually fell in love he'd be a great love interest). meanwhile Lee is all about love! He's a little childish at times though, which makes him a very sweet and innocent type, while Ouka is more the stoic serious type. 

Kisaki's relationship with Ouka is mostly one of admiration and maybe a little idolization (he is a war hero after all). He sees her more like his best friend's little sister and his empress. he is loyal to her, but is not romantically attracted to her (yet... maybe he's just guarding his heart? maybe he doesn't think he's worthy and won't allow himself to love her?)... Kisaki's relationship with Lee is that of best friends. They share a common spirit. As children they were inseparable. If not for the fact that she has had a crush on Ouka since she was a little girl, she probably would have naturally fallen in love with Lee. But unfortunately for Lee, Ouka was always in her line of sight and he shone too brightly for her to even notice Lee. Lee is a bit child-like, but he's utterly devoted. He will get a little huffy around Ouka, but truth be told if it meant Kisaki's happiness, Lee would even go so far as to help the great general's heart. That's how much he loves her. (he's also... a little delusional about their love... he tends to fantasize a bit...but he is aware of the fact that sometimes it's all in his head... but he loves living in his head )
