Preshippuden Neji turned out a little younger than I wanted, but I kind of like it more this way. Seems like he's around the age his dad died (pre-genin, so no headband) and maybe that's why he's crying... it's when he started losing himself... then there's post-timeskip Neji comforting him, telling him it's okay, things will work out for him.
